Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the games and related services (the “Service”) that Lategames (Korean name: 늦었거든요; “we”) provides at lategames.dev.
2. Using the Service
The Service is free to use without an account. We may add, change, or retire games and features to improve the Service, and will announce significant changes on the Site.
3. Your responsibilities
Do not disrupt the Service, copy, redistribute, or modify games without permission, or harm other players.
4. Copyright
Rights to the Site and its games — including code, graphics, and music — belong to LateGames or their rightful owners. We only offer games we built or have permission to run. If you believe your rights are being infringed, contact contact@lategames.dev and we will look into it promptly.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is. Game progress stored in your browser may be lost depending on your device or browser settings, and we are not obligated to restore it.
